从膀胱经穴名角度探义“巨阳者,诸阳之属也”

Analysis of the Theory that the The Giant Yang is the Member of all Yang Based on the Viewpoint of the Acupoint Nomenclature of Bladder Meridian

“巨阳者,诸阳之属也”理论首见于《黄帝内经·素问·热论》,意指足太阳膀胱经与全身阳经皆有联系,阳气充盛。膀胱经部分腧穴命名受到该理论的影响。经研究发现,“巨阳者,诸阳之属也。”内涵体现在络却、会阳、神堂、承筋阳气充盛;睛明、委阳、殷门、至阴、眉冲,飞扬阳气流通态势强盛;承山、通天--仆参、三焦俞构成多维立体空间通路。从腧穴命名含义角度系统挖掘,不仅可以明晰膀胱经从头走足之脉气流注状态,还可以更好地理解“巨阳者,诸阳之属也”之意,同时也为探析经络循行理论的研究提供了方法。

The theory that The Giant Yang is the member of all Yang was initially recorded in Huangdi Neijing,meaning that the bladder meridian of Foot-Taiyang is connected with Yang meridians of the whole body,and the Yang-qi is abundant.Naming of some acupoints in the Bladder meridian was influenced by this theory.The research has found that the connotation of this theory reflecsts in Luòquè(BL8),Htìyáng(BL35),Shéntáng(BL44)andChéngjīn(BL56),these four points have the abundance of Yang-qi;Jīngming(BL1),Weiyáng(BL39),Yīnmén(BL37),zhìyīn(BL67),Meichong(BL3) and Fīiyáng(BL58),these six points have the powerful circulation situation;Chéngshān(BL57),Tōngtiān(BL7)-Púcān(BL61),and Sānjiāoshù(BL22) constitute Multidimensional stereoscopic spatial pathway of qi regulation.The in-depth research from the point of the naming of acupoints can not only clarify the state of vascular QI,but also better interpret the theory that The Giant Yang is the member of all Yang,meanwhile,it also provides a method for the study of meridian circulation theory.
