《针灸大成》中天枢穴的临床应用浅析

通过整理《针灸大成》中有关天枢穴的记载,探讨其临床应用。天枢穴不仅是足阳明胃经输穴、又是大肠募穴,还因其特殊的位置,从而具有广泛的临床应用。而其临床应用中不仅有常见的脾胃疾病与肠腑疾病,还在妇科疾病、奔豚证、肥胖症、腰痛等疾病中有相应的疗效。

By arranging the records about Tianshu point in the "Dacheng of Acupuncture and Moxibustion",discuss its clinical application.Tianshu acupoint is not only an infusion point of the stomach meridian of Foot Yangming,but also a point for raising the large intestine,and because of its special location,it has a wide range of clinical applications.In its clinical application,there are not only common spleen and stomach diseases and intestinal diseases,but also have corresponding curative effects on gynecological diseases,stagnant pig syndrome,obesity,low back pain and other diseases.
