摘要
直流特高压输送容量占电网总容量比重较大,一旦直流发生单极或双极闭锁故障,电网就将产生严重的高频问题,对系统安全稳定运行产生巨大挑战。针对特高压直流输电工程投产后电网典型运行方式进行频率稳定控制策略优化研究,对特高压直流故障后系统出现的高频问题分析不同故障需切除的电源数量,探讨系统第二道防线与第三道防线的配合关系,提出提高电网频率稳定控制的实施方案。
As the DC UHV transmission capacity accounts for a large proportion of the total power grid capacity,once the DC single or double pole blocking fault occurs,the power grid will have serious high-frequency problems,posing a huge challenge to the safe and stable operation of the system.This research aims at the typical operation mode of the power grid after the UHV DC transmission project is p.u.t into operation,and carries out the optimization research on the frequency stability control strategy.The optimization of frequency stability control strategy for typical operation modes of power grid after UHVDC project is put into operation is studied.Aiming at the high-frequency problems that occur in the system after UHVDC failure,the number of power supplies that need to be cut off in different faults is analyzed,the cooperation relationship between the second line of defense and the third line of defense of the system is discussed,and the implementation plan to improve the frequency stability control of the power grid is proposed.
