摘要 配网建设需合理统筹经济成本与供电可靠性的关系。首先就自动化终端在配网故障处理中的作用进行阐述,明晰其投用的必要性。其次从经济性、可靠性两个层面进行指标体系构建,给出各自计算方式,并据此建立协调各类终端优化配置的数学模型。最后基于RBT-BUS 4系统进行算例验证。结果表明所提模型严谨、科学,可推行于工程应用。 The distribution network construction needs to reasonably coordinate the relationship between economic cost and power supply reliability.Firstly,the function of automatic terminal in fault treatment of distribution network is expounded,and the necessity of putting it into use is clarified.Secondly,the index system is constructed from the two aspects of economy and reliability,and the respective calculation methods are given.Based on this,the mathematical model for coordinating the optimal configuration of various terminals is established.Finally,an example based on RBT-BUS 4 system is given.The results show that the proposed model is rigorous and scientific,and can be applied to engineering.
