摘要
某电厂汽轮机存在汽流激振和动静碰摩引起的振动问题,长期困扰企业的安全稳定运行,因此从理论与实践出发,分析了汽流激振的原因,并制定了治理措施,最终消除了汽流激振现象。中压缸失稳是动静碰摩的主要原因,通过一系列措施,提高了中压缸的稳定性,未再出现振动波动现象,为分析同类事故提供了借鉴。
A power plant steam turbine has vibration problems caused by steam current excitation and dynamic and static collision,which has long plagued the safe and stable operation of the enterprise.Therefore,starting from theory and practice,the causes of steam flow excitation are analyzed,and the control measures are formulated,which ultimately eliminates the phenomenon of steam flow excitation.The instability of the medium-pressure cylinder is the main cause of the dynamic and static collision.Through a series of measures,the stability of the medium-pressure cylinder has been improved,and there is no longer a vibration fluctuation.This paper provides a reference for the analysis of similar accidents.
