摘要
安全是电网企业生产要求的第一要素。按照南方电网的相关要求,对于吊车等大型机械参与的电力施工作业现场,相关人员需严格管控吊车吊臂与周围带电体的距离,防止线路跳闸、人机触电等事故发生。对于吊车施工作业现场,目前一线生产人员仍采用加装限高绳的方法,实现吊车吊臂在垂直方向与带电物体的距离管控,但该方法存在防控效果单一、人员疏忽等不确定风险因素。为此,提出了一种智能吊车作业综合预警装置。当吊车吊臂垂直高度超过限定值,或与空间带电体的距离达到阈值时,该装置能以播放语音、灯光闪烁的形式及时提醒现场人员。经测试证明,该装置具有抗干扰性好、精度高等特点,可有效提升吊车施工作业的安全性,减少人工成本投入,提高工作效率,具有在相关电网企业推广的价值。
Safety is the first element required by power grid enterprises.According to the relevant requirements of China Southern Power Grid,relevant personnel shall strictly control the distance between the crane boom and the surrounding electrified body at the electric power construction site with the participation of large machinery such as cranes,to prevent accidents such as line tripping and electric shock.At the crane construction site,the front-line production personnel still use the method of installing height limit ropes to realize the distance control between the crane boom and the charged object in the vertical direction.However,this method has uncertain risk factors such as single prevention and control effect and personnel negligence.To this end,aintegrated early warning device for intelligent crane operation is proposed.When the vertical height of the crane boom exceeds the limit value,or the distance from the space charged body reaches the threshold,the device can timely remind the on-site personnel in the form of playing voice and flashing lights.It has been proved by tests that the device has the characteristics of good anti-interference and high precision.The device can effectively improve the safety of crane construction operations,reduce labor cost input,improve work efficiency,and has the value of promotion in related power grid enterprises.
