摘要
油色谱检测技术是进行变压器油中溶解气体分析的重要手段,能及时、有效地发现变压器潜在的故障。分析了色谱分离及气相色谱仪原理,阐述了常用的氢焰离子化检测器、热导检测器的工作原理,总结了绝缘油中溶解气体组分分析与判断的方法及改良三比值法的优点及注意事项,最后结合实例验证变压器油中溶解气体分析在判断变压器潜在故障中的重要性与准确性。
Oil chromatographic detection technology is an important means to analyze the dissolved gas in transformer oil,which can find the potential faults of transformer effectively in time.The principles of chromatographic separation and gas chromatograph are analyzed.The working principles of commonly used hydrogen flame ionization detector and thermal conductivity detector are described.The analysis and judgment methods of dissolved gas components in insulating oil and the advantages and precautions of the improved three ratio method are summarized.Finally,the importance and accuracy of dissolved gas analysis in transformer oil in judging potential faults of transformer are verified with an example.
