摘要
阐述了目前模拟量隔离栅存在的EMC问题,分析了该设备在实际应用中各种电磁兼容耐受情况,并对EMC干扰试验进行建模仿真。在此基础上,给出了电源、输入端、输出端的防干扰设计方案,设计了EMC增强型安全隔离栅,并通过试验验证了该设计方案的可行性及有效性。
The EMC problems encountered in the current analog isolation are introduced.The EMC tolerance of the device in practical application is analyzed,and the EMC interference test is modeled and simulated.On this basis,the anti-interference design scheme of power supply,input and output is given.An EMC enhanced safety isolation barrier is designed,and the feasibility and validity of the design scheme are verified by experiments.
