摘要
分析了火电厂能源控制的不足,给出了优控用电率的具体措施——合理控制锅炉生产能耗、汽轮机能耗、辅机及照明用电、工质。结合锅炉、脱硫各类设备的运行情况,从工况、耗电、要素三个方面,梳理用电率的变动原因,以燃煤机组为实例,采用照明改造、使用高效真空泵替代、优化脱硫系统运行管理、对水泵用电进行优控等方式开展用电率的优控实践。结合低负荷用电控制方案,有效整改原有水泵,从燃煤机组、辅助设施水泵两个视角,合理控制用电量,以此有效调控机组用电率,达到生产精益管理目的。
The shortage of energy control in thermal power plants is analyzed,and the specific measures for optimizing the control of power consumption rate are given:reasonable control of boiler production energy consumption,steam turbine energy consumption,auxiliary equipment and lighting power consumption,working medium.Combined with the operation of boilers and desulfurization equipment,the reasons for the change of power consumption rate are sorted out from three aspects:working conditions,power consumption and factors.Taking coal-fired units as an example,the optimal control practice of power consumption rate is carried out by means of lighting transformation,using efficient vacuum pumps to replace,optimizing the operation and management of desulfurization system,and optimizing the power consumption of water pumps.Combined with the low-load power consumption control scheme,the original water pump is effectively rectified,and the electricity consumption is reasonably controlled from the two perspectives of coal-fired units and auxiliary facilities pumps,so as to effectively regulate the power consumption rate of the unit and achieve the purpose of lean production management.
