上汽某百万机组凝结水节流辅助调频应用研究

摘要 随着我国电力结构转型发展,新能源装机规模日益增大,提高燃煤机组一次调频性能对维护电网稳定具有重要意义。基于上汽机型长期运行在纯滑压经济工况,综合考虑机组运行的经济性和一次调频性能,从上汽某百万机组凝结水节流调频应用实例角度出发,通过开展凝结水节流调频开环应用测试和数据分析可知该电厂凝结水节流调频实际可提升的负荷量约为理论量的37.5%。为此提出了一种满足现场需求的凝结水节流辅助调频具体优化方案,设计了凝结水节流辅助调频功能作为大频差下辅助参与一次调频的后备手段,解决了上汽机型因滑压工况下一次调频能力不足的问题,提升了1000 MW燃煤机组一次调频综合响应能力,对同类型燃煤机组设计凝结水节流辅助调频有很大的实际应用价值。 With the development of national power structure transformation,the installed scale of new energy is increasing,and improving the primary frequency regulation performance of coal-fired units is of great significance to maintaining the stability of the power grid.In view of the long-term operation of STP models in pure sliding working condition,considering the economy of unit operation and primary frequency modulation performance synthetically,from the perspective of the application example of condensate throttling frequency regulation of a million units of SAIC,through the test and data analysis of the condensate throttling frequency regulation open-loop application test,it can be seen that the actual load of condensate throttling frequency regulation in the power plant is about 37.5%of the theoretical amount.Therefore,a specific optimization scheme of condensate throttling auxiliary frequency regulation to meet the needs of the site is proposed.The condensate throttling auxiliary frequency regulation function is designed as a backup means to assist in the primary frequency regulation under the large frequency difference,which solves the problem of insufficient frequency regulation capacity of the SAIC model due to the sliding pressure working conditions,improves the comprehensive response ability of the 1000 MW coal-fired unit to the primary frequency modulation,and has great practical application value for the design of condensate throttling auxiliary frequency regulation of the same type of coal-fired unit.
