基于工业以太网的立体车库监控系统设计

摘要 在当今信息时代,实时数据的获取显得尤为重要。数据获取的方式有多种,其中快速、准确、便捷地获得工作过程中的运行参数已成为智能监控发展的大趋势。首先介绍了基于工业以太网的立体车库现场监控系统设计,结合MCGS组态技术实时监测立体车库运行时的各项数据参数,使技术人员能够快速便捷地获取PLC及相关设备状态;其次介绍了基于力控平台的远程监控系统设计,远程监控不仅能快速获取设备实时数据,还能够实现设备远程操控,极大地方便了后台的运营管理。该设计方案依托工业以太网,将现场监控与远程监控相结合,实现了监控系统间的优势互补,形成了较为完善的立体车库运行监控体系。 In today's information age,it is particularly important to obtain real-time data.There are many ways to obtain data,among which the rapid,accurate and convenient acquisition of operating parameters in the working process has become the general trend of the development of intelligent monitoring.Firstly,the design of field monitoring system for stereo garage based on industrial Ethernet is introduced.Combined with MCGS configuration technology,real-time monitoring of various data parameters during the operation of the stereo garage enables technicians to quickly and conveniently obtain the status of PLC and related equipment.Secondly,the design of remote monitoring system based on force control platform is introduced.Remote monitoring can not only quickly obtain real-time data of equipment,but also realize remote control of equipment,greatly facilitating the operation and management of the background.The design scheme relies on industrial Ethernet and combines on-site monitoring and remote monitoring,realizing the complementary advantages of monitoring systems and forming a relatively complete three-dimensional garage operation monitoring system.
