摘要
随着石油化工行业生产技术水平的提高,企业的生产装备已经朝大型化、一体化和智能化的方向转型。但是,仍然有许多石油化工企业还沿用传统的人工巡检方式进行设备的巡检工作,该作业方式已经无法满足人们日益增长的生产智能化提升的需求,并且作业人员在危险区域进行人工巡检的风险性极高,巡查质量也参差不齐。通过研究智能巡检机器人技术及应用,利用智能巡检机器人自身携带的仪表识别、激光导航、可燃气检测、声音分析、热成像等先进技术,完成机器人智能巡检的工作任务,将生产作业人员从繁杂的日常巡检中解脱出来,同时还可以提升巡检质量和效率,降低非必要的人身伤害。
With the improvement of the production technology level of the petrochemical industry,the production equipment of the enterprise has been transformed in the direction of large-scale,integrated and intelligent.However,there are still many petrochemical enterprises that still use the traditional manual inspection method to carry out equipment inspection.This operation method can no longer meet people's growing demand for intelligent production improvement,and the risk of manual inspection by operators in dangerous areas is extremely high,and the quality of inspection is also uneven.Through the research of intelligent inspection robot technology and application,the intelligent inspection robot itself carries advanced technologies such as instrument recognition,laser navigation,combustible detection,sound analysis,thermal imaging and other advanced technologies to complete the work tasks of robot intelligent inspection.The use of robot intelligent inspection can free production operators from complicated daily inspections,and at the same time,it can also improve the quality and efficiency of inspections and reduce unnecessary personal injuries.
