摘要
随着我国北斗卫星导航系统日趋成熟,研制出小体积、低成本、低功耗的北斗卫星导航专用发射机迫在眉睫。因此,设计了一种北斗卫星导航终端发射通道集成电路。该电路首先在跨导输入级采用电阻负反馈技术,改进了吉尔伯特单元的双平衡电路结构,然后采用A类放大器、共源共栅负反馈结构来设计片内驱动放大器,最后采用AB类放大器结构设计、仿真和制作了小型化高效率的外置功率放大器。经测试,该电路输出特性优异。
With the maturity of Beidou satellite navigation system in China,it is urgent to develop a small size,low cost and low power dedicated Beidou satellite navigation transmitter.Therefore,an integrated circuit for Beidou satellite navigation terminal launch channel was designed.Firstly,the resistor-negative feedback technique was applied to the transconductance input stage of the circuit,and the double-balanced circuit structure of the Gilbert unit was improved.Then,the class A amplifier and the common-source common-grid negative feedback structure were used to design the in-chip drive amplifier.Finally,a miniaturized and high efficiency external power amplifier was designed,simulated and made with class AB amplifier.The circuit has been tested to have excellent output characteristics.
