摘要
配电网的故障抢修与网络恢复需综合考虑电量损失、供电安全、运行经济等因素。首先基于负荷时变,以积分方式表达单节点各时段负荷量,据此择定以恢复负荷价值最大为目标的优先抢修故障点。其次以电压偏移和网损的加权和最小为考量,兼顾拓扑约束和电气量约束,构建故障修复后网络重构模型。再次将二进制粒子群算法与节点分层、环网编码等技术融合,给出抢修与恢复的交替式递进流程。最后以算例实证,表明由于对负荷时变进行了充分考量,因此抢修位次和恢复策略全局最优。
The power loss,power supply safety,operation economy and other factors should be considered in the fault repair and network recovery of distribution network.Firstly,based on the load time variation,the load of each period of a single node is expressed in the form of integrals,and the priority repair fault points with the goal of restoring the maximum load value are selected accordingly.Secondly,considering the weighting and minimization of voltage offset and network loss,considering the topology constraint and electrical quantity constraint,the network reconstruction model after fault repair is constructed.The binary particle swarm algorithm is again integrated with node layering,ring network coding and other technologies to give an alternating progressive process of emergency repair and recovery.Finally,the results show that the emergency repair rank and recovery strategy are globally optimal due to the full consideration of the load time change.
