聚氨酯对羽毛球用环氧树脂胶粘剂的影响 被引量:7

摘要 为了提升羽毛球用环氧树脂胶粘剂的性能,研究制作聚氨酯质量分数分别为0%、5%、10%、15%和20%的5种聚氨酯环氧树脂进行性能对比实验,分别对比其基本性质、拉伸性能、弯曲性能以及热稳定性。当聚氨酯质量分数为10%时,环氧树脂抗拉伸强度和断裂延伸率分别为61.86 MPa和3.48%,弯曲强度和弯曲模量分别为119.69 MPa和3.12 GPa,均优于未添加聚氨酯的环氧树脂。结果表明,在环氧树脂中添加聚氨酯可对环氧树脂的弯曲性能、拉伸性能以及热稳定性能进行提升,且当聚氨酯质量分数为10%时,其提升效果最好。 In order to improve the performance of epoxy resin adhesive for badminton,five kinds of polyurethane epoxy resins with polyurethane content of 0%,5%,10%,15%and 20%were studied and compared.The basic properties,tensile properties,bending properties and thermal stability of the epoxy resin were compared.The results showed that the tensile strength and fracture growth rate of the epoxy resin with 10%polyurethane content were 61.86 MPa and 3.48%respectively,and the bending strength and bending modulus were 119.69 MPa and 3.12 GPa respectively,which were better than those of the epoxy resin without polyurethane.In conclusion,adding polyurethane can effectively improve the properties of epoxy resin for badminton,and this method also provides a new idea for improving the properties of epoxy resin.
