摘要
研究高性能防水胶粘剂作为钢筋混凝土结构补强加固的适用性,结合工业级试验原料制备胶粘剂,利用胶粘剂制备混凝土试件,得到胶粘剂混凝土试件。确定拉伸剪切、抗压、抗弯强度测定指标,分析胶粘剂的粘接性能。设计补强加固工艺,确定合适补强加固温度和补强加固时间,实现了对固化过程有效控制。结果表明:增加增韧剂用量,可提高结构抗拉强度和抗剪强度;当温度为25℃时,抗压强度最高达到66.80 MPa;施加环氧树脂胶粘剂载荷,提高结构抗弯强度,通过红外光谱分析研究方法具有良好补强加固性能,为高性能防水胶粘剂的补强加固工艺提供理论参考。
In this paper,the applicability of high-performance waterproof adhesive as reinforcement and reinforcement of reinforced concrete structures is studied.Adhesives were prepared by combining industrial-grade test materials,and the concrete specimens were prepared by using the adhesive,and the adhesive concrete specimens were obtained.Then,the tensile shear,compressive,and flexural strength measurement indicators,and the bonding properties of the adhesive were analyzed.The reinforcement and reinforcement process was designed,and the appropriate reinforcement and reinforcement temperature and reinforcement time were determined to achieve effective control of the curing process.The test results showed that increasing the amount of toughening agent improved the tensile strength and shear strength of the structure;when the temperature was 25℃,the compressive strength reached the highest 66.80 MPa;the epoxy resin adhesive load was applied to improve the flexural strength of the structure.Infrared spectrum analysis demostrated that the research method had good reinforcement and reinforcement performance.In conclusion,the research results provide theoretical reference for reinforcement and reinforcement technology of high-performance waterproof adhesives.
