纳米管改性磷酸镁水泥胶凝料裂缝粘接修补性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 受损水泥等建筑结构的修复是建筑领域的一项重要研究。在现有的修复材料中,磷酸镁水泥因其速凝、早强、低收缩和良好的粘接性而被广泛使用。为了增强该材料的可操作性和后期强度,研究了纳米管改性磷酸镁水泥材料的力学性能和修补性能,并通过微观结构和傅里叶红外光谱探索其改性机理。结果表明:纳米管能在保障磷酸镁水泥快速凝固的基础上降低浆体的流动度;0.4%纳米管掺量能最大程度地增强磷酸镁水泥浆体的力学性能和修补性能;纳米管能填充浆体中的裂隙和浆体之间的裂纹以及促进磷酸镁水泥的水化反应速率,从而达到增强浆体结构致密性的效果。 The repair of damaged cement and other building structures is an important research in the field of architecture.Among the existing repair materials,magnesium phosphate cement is widely used because of its rapid setting,early strength,low shrinkage and good adhesion.In order to enhance the operability and later strength of the material,this paper studied the mechanical properties and repair properties of magnesium phosphate cement modified by nanotubes,and explored its modification mechanism through the microstructure and fourier infrared spectroscopy.The results show that the nanotube can reduce the fluidity of slurry on the basis of guaranteeing the rapid solidification of magnesium phosphate cement.The addition of 0.4%nanotubes can enhance the mechanical properties and repair properties of magnesium phosphate cement slurry to the greatest extent.The nanotube can fill the cracks in the slurry and the cracks between the slurry and promote the hydration rate of the magnesium phosphate cement,thus enhancing the structure compactness of the slurry.
