摘要
基于数据包络分析模型设计一种针对配电网节能减排效益的评估方法。根据配电网的实际情况建立配电网节能减排效益评估指标体系,引入数据包络分析模型,选择各决策单元的输入、输出向量,利用输入、输出的权系数与输入输出向量之间的关系,构建评价决策单元的配电网节能减排效益评估模型,保证投入一定时,产出最大化的节能减排效益评估,并优化了整体评估流程,完成基于数据包络分析的配电网节能减排效益评估方法的设计。在算例分析中,分别使用设计的评估方法和传统方法对选择的算例地区进行评估,结果表明:设计的方法得到的评估结果更加接近实际情况。
Therefore,based on the data envelopment analysis model,an evaluation method for the energy-saving and emission-reduction benefits of the distribution network is designed.First,establish a distribution network energy saving and emission reduction benefit evaluation index system based on the actual situation of the distribution network,introduce a data envelopment analysis model,select the input and output vectors of each decision-making unit,and use the relationship between the input and output weight coefficients and the input and output vectors.The evaluation model of energy saving and emission reduction benefit of distribution network is established to ensure that the output is maximized when the investment is fixed,and the overall evaluation process is optimized to complete the design of the evaluation method for the benefit of energy saving and emission reduction of the network based on data envelopment analysis.In the case analysis,the designed evaluation method and the traditional method are used to evaluate the selected case area.The results show that the evaluation results obtained by the designed method are closer to the actual situation.
