钛及钛合金粉中氧氮元素新方法的建立

摘要 研究用LECO TC600氧氮仪,建立了脉冲加热红外吸收热导法测定钛及钛合金粉中氧、氮含量;通过实验选择了仪器最佳分析条件:脱气周期为2次、脱气功率为5.5 kW、分析功率为5.0 kW、氧分析时间为35 s、氮分析时间为55 s、称样量为0.04~0.07 g、助熔剂“镍篮+半片镍箔”为1.2~1.5 g,该方法准确度可靠,精密度良好,方法快速准确,灵敏度高,可以满足分析要求;测定下限氧为0.0200%,氮为0.0030%。 The LECO TC600 oxygen and nitrogen meter was used to determine the oxygen and nitrogen content in titanium and titanium alloy powder by pulse heating infrared absorption thermal conductivity method.The best analysis conditions of the instrument are selected through experiments:the degassing cycle is two times,the degassing power was 5.0 kW,oxygen analysis time was 35 s,nitrogen analysis time was 55 s,sample weighting was 0.04~0.07 g flux“nickel basket+half nickel foil”was 1.2~1.5 g,the accuracy of this method was reliable,the method was fast,accurate and the sensitivity was high,which could meet the analysis requirements;The lower limit of determination was 0.0200%for oxygen and 0.0030%for nitrogen.
