摘要
为实现配电网运行状态的实时估计,提出一种基于智能电表量测数据的状态估计方案。该方案使用部署在中低压变电站的PMU监视整个配电网的负载实时变化,将所取得的负载变化值平均分配给智能电表以提升测量值的时间分辨率,最后使用加权最小二乘法进行配电网状态估计。仿真结果表明该方案能够以较高更新速率提供较为准确的配电网运行状态信息。
In order to realize the real-time estimation of the operating state of the distribution network,a state estimation scheme based on the measurement data of the smart meter is proposed.This solution uses PMUs deployed in low-and medium-voltage substations to monitor the real-time load changes of the entire distribution network,and evenly distribute the obtained load changes to smart meters to improve the time resolution of the measured values,and finally use the weighted least squares method for power distribution Net state estimation.The simulation results show that the scheme can provide more accurate information about the operation status of the distribution network at a higher update rate.
