理性视角下民族地区国家通用语言教育:价值依据与实践路径

National Common Language Education in Ethnic Minority Areas:Value Basis and Practice Path from the Perspective of Rationality

民族地区国家通用语言教育问题是我国现代教育的重要内容。从目前研究的现状来看,大多停留于教育教学的技术层面及意义的论述,缺少深层的终极性学理思考。从理性角度思考民族地区国家通用语言教育问题,就是要探索国家通用语言教育的价值依据。文章从政治、社会、知识及现代性层面探讨了国家通用语言教育的应然状态,从价值层面来讲,进一步加强国家通用语言教育,是筑牢中华民族命运共同体的客观需要。但由于民族地区国家通用语言教育实践存在着不少问题,因而需要从意识层面、政策层面及服务保障等方面加强国家通用语言教育。

The issue of national standard language education in minority areas is an important content of modern education in China.From the point of view of the current research status,most of them stay in the technical level of education and teaching and the significance of the discussion,lack of deep ultimate sexual theory thinking.From the perspective of rational thinking about the national common language education in ethnic minority areas,is to explore the value of the national common language education foundation,the article from the aspects of politics,society,knowledge and modernity discussed the national common language education ought to be state,from the aspect of value,further strengthen national common language education,and an objective need for enhancing the national destiny community.However,because there are many problems in the practice of national standard language education in minority areas,it is necessary to strengthen the national standard language education from the aspects of consciousness,policy and service guarantee.
