铸牢中华民族共同体意识视域下推进国家通用语言文字普及教育的举措及实现路径——以内蒙古地区为例

The Measures and Realizing Paths of Promoting the Popularization of the National Common Language and Characters from the Perspective of Building the Consciousness of the Chinese National Community——Take Inner Mongolia as an Example

推广普及国家通用语言文字是国家发展战略的重要举措之一,是实现铸牢中华民族共同体意识的文化基础,是各族人民共同的价值追求。内蒙古各级政府一直把国家通用语言事业放在重要地位,通过政府主导、社会参与等举措,建构推进国家通用语言教育的公共文化服务保障体系,助推了国家通用语言文字的普及率进一步提升,促进了地区经济社会发展,增强“五个”认同,为内蒙古社会经济高质量发展发挥了重要的基础性作用。

Popularizing the national common language is an important measure to serve the national development strategy and national needs, is the cultural foundation to achieve the strong sense of the Chinese national community, and is the common value pursuit of the people of all ethnic groups. Promoting the use of the national common language in accordance with the law is not only a kind concern of the Party and the state for minority areas, but also an inevitable trend for the progress of social civilization and the common prosperity and development of all ethnic groups in China. Through government led, social participation and other measures, schools at all levels and all kinds of schools in Inner Mongolia have unswervingly promoted the education of national common language and characters. The popularization rate of national common language and characters has further improved,greatly promoting the development of national economy, improving the overall quality of all ethnic groups, allowing people of all ethnic groups to share the achievements of Chinese culture, enhancing the“five”recognition,and playing an important basic role in high-quality economic and social development in Inner Mongolia.
