The Construction and Application of Nursing Service Standard System in Health Management Institutions

目的构建健康管理机构护理服务标准体系,并探讨其应用效果。方法以广西健康管理中心为研究对象,遵循标准化建设流程,结合健康管理护理工作需求,构建健康管理机构护理服务标准体系,并于2019年在中心全面实施,通过比较护理标准体系应用前后护理质量控制检查得分及受检者满意度评价护理标准体系的应用效果。结果护理标准体系应用后,一级、二级、三级各项护理质控检查得分以及受检者满意度均显著优于应用前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健全、规范的护理服务标准体系可有效提高健康管理机构护理服务质量水平和受检者满意度,提升品牌影响力,值得推广应用。

Objective To construct nursing service standard system of health management institutions and discuss its application effect.Methods Taking Guangxi Health Management Center as the research object,the nursing service standard system of health management institutions was constructed according to the standardization construction process,combined with the needs of health management and nursing work,and was fully implemented in the center in 2019.The application effect of the nursing standard system was evaluated by comparing the nursing quality control inspection scores and the satisfaction of patients before and after the application of the nursing standard system.Results After the application of nursing standard system,the scores of primary,secondary and tertiary nursing quality control inspection and the satisfaction of the clients were significantly better than before the application,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion A sound and standardized nursing service standard system can effectively improve the quality of nursing service in health management institutions and the satisfaction of patients,and enhance the brand influence,which is worthy of promotion and application.
