摘要
目的探究7S管理模式在医院管理中的应用效果。方法以盐城市第一人民医院五官科医院办公室2020年3月—2021年2月的常规管理资料作为对照组,2021年3月—2022年3月7S管理的资料作为观察组。参与本次研究的医护人员共297名,管理前后均选取279名患者。比较两组的各项管理评分、各项风险管理评分、不良事件发生率、医护人员满意度。结果观察组的各项管理评分、各项风险指标评分、满意较对照组高;观察组不良事件发生率较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用7S管理模式可以有效提高医院整体管理水平,降低医疗风险与不良事件的发生概率,提高医护人员的满意度,进而提升医疗质量。
Objective To explore the application effect of 7S management model in hospital management.Methods The routine management data of office of Five Organs Hospital,Yancheng NO.1 People’s Hospital from March 2020 to February 2021 were used as the control group,and the 7S management data from March 2021 to March 2022 were used as the observation group.297 medical staff and 279 patients participated in this study.The management scores,risk management scores,incidence of adverse events and satisfaction of medical staff of the two groups were compared.Results The management scores,risk index scores and satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group.The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of 7S management model can effectively improve the overall management level of the hospital,reduce the probability of medical risks and adverse events,improve the satisfaction of medical staff,and then improve the medical quality.
