基于库存核对和双人核对的药库出库差错分析

Analysis of Delivery Error Based on Inventory Check and Double Check in Hospital Drug Storehouse

目的在药库出库工作中应用库存核对和双人核对,分析核对前后的差错率变化。方法记录汕头市中医医院西药库2020年10月12日—2021年4月12日的出库药品数、核对前和核对后的药品出库差错个数。将数据按出库单模板优化日期分组,探讨首次分拣出库差错率的变化;以双人核对分组探讨双人核对前后差错率的变化。结果通过出库过程中核对库存,首次分拣差错率从0.49%下降至0.20%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.039,P<0.05);双人核对后的药品出库差错率从0.36%下降至0.05%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论核对药品库存和双人核对可以有效减少药库出库差错,药师应严格遵守核对制度,保证药品出库的准确率。

Objective Inventory check and double check were applied in the drug delivery work,and the change of error rate before and after the check was analyzed.Methods Recorded the number of drugs delivered from Shantou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine drug storehouse every working day from October 12,2020 to April 12,2021,and the number of delivery errors before and after checking.The data were grouped according to the optimization date of the drug storehouse delivery order template,and the change of delivery error rate in the first sorting process was discussed.The data were grouped according to double check,and the change of delivery error rate before and after double check was discussed.Results The first sorting error rate decreased from 0.49%to 0.20%by checking the inventory during sorting,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=9.039,P<0.05).The error rate of drug delivery after double check decreased from 0.36%to 0.05%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Checking drug inventory and double check can effectively reduce the errors of drug delivery,pharmacists should strictly abide by the checking system,ensure the accuracy of drug delivery.
