白术炮制措施对中药饮片治疗效果的影响

Influence of Processing Measures of Atractylodes Macrocephala on Therapeutic Effect of Chinese Herbal Decoction Pieces

目的评估差异性中药相关炮制对策执行于中药饮片对应治疗方面效果形成的影响作用。方法凭借随机抽签方式对2018年5月—2020年5月东营市河口区中医院收入的93例溃疡性结肠炎采用中药饮片治疗患者实施组别区分,各个组别归入31例,试验1组、试验2组、试验3组依次选取中药炮制之前分档对策、中药水处理之前分档对策、中药炮制加水处理之前分档对策,统计指标结果。结果试验3组中药饮片治疗所得效果有效整体占比数值、对于中药饮片治疗相关效果情况满意整体占比数值对比试验1组、试验2组统计结果升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验3组中药饮片治疗引发不良反应整体占比数值对比试验1组、试验2组统计结果下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论白术炮制加水处理之前,采用炒白术、炙白术、焦白术等方式对白术进行处理,药剂成分存在差异性,三者相比,以炙白术效果更具优势性,疾病治疗效果更为显著。

Objective To evaluate the effect of different Chinese medicine-related processing strategies on the formation of the corresponding treatment effects of Chinese herbal medicine.Methods A total of 93 patients with ulcerative colitis who were admitted to Hekou District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Dongying City from May 2018 to May 2020 who were treated with decoction pieces of traditional Chinese medicine were divided into groups by random lottery.Each group was classified into 31 cases,and the trial group 1,test group 2 and test group 3selected the countermeasures before Chinese medicine processing,the countermeasures before Chinese medicine water treatment,the countermeasures before Chinese medicine processing and water treatment,and counted index results.Results The test 3 groups of Chinese medicine decoction pieces treatment results in effective overall percentage value,satisfied with the treatment-related effects of TCM decoction pieces,overall percentage value increased compared with the test group 1 and the test group 2 statistical results,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),The statistical results of overall proportion of adverse reactions in the test 3 group of Chinese medicine caused by the treatment of decoction pieces decreased compared with the test group 1 and the test group 2,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Before the processing of atractylodes macrocephalae and water treatment,the methods of atractylodes macrocephalae,atractylodes macrocephala,Jiao atractylodes,etc.are used to treat atractylodes macrocephala.The composition of the medicine is different.Compared among three samples,the effect of atractylodes macrocephala is more advantageous and the disease treatment effect is more significant.
