中药穴位贴敷联合隔姜灸对脾胃虚寒型胃脘痛患者的护理效果

Nursing Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Point Application Combined With Ginger Separated Moxibustion on Patients With Epigastralgia of Spleen Stomach Deficiency Cold Type

目的评价中药穴位贴敷联合隔姜灸对脾胃虚寒型胃脘痛患者护理的效果及有效率。方法取2020年3月—2021年6月来福建中医药大学附属人民医院呼吸科就诊治疗的脾胃虚寒型胃脘痛患者为调查对象,按照标准统计出78例以电脑随机分配法分成两组,对照组接受常规治疗+护理,观察组接受中药穴位贴敷+隔姜灸治疗及对症护理,每组各39例,分析对比两组患者的生活质量、干预效果、胃脘痛积分、疼痛程度、中医症状评分以及胃功能指标。结果观察组患者各方面生活质量评分均显著比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的临床干预总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预前两组胃脘痛积分、疼痛评分、中医症状评分以及胃功能指标(胃泌素、胃蛋白酶原Ⅰ以及胃蛋白酶原Ⅱ)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后观察组患者的胃脘痛积分和VAS评分显著比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后观察组患者的中医症状评分显著低于对照组,胃功能指标(胃泌素、胃蛋白酶原Ⅰ以及胃蛋白酶原Ⅱ)显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对脾胃虚寒型胃脘痛患者实施中药穴位贴敷+隔姜灸辅助对症护理的干预效果好,有助于提升患者的生活水平,缓解其胃痛症状,此干预方案值得临床推广采纳。

Objective To evaluate the nursing effect and efficiency of acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with ginger separated moxibustion on patients with epigastralgia of spleen stomach deficiency cold type.Methods A total of 78patients with epigastric pain of spleen and stomach deficiency and cold type who were treated in the respiratory department of The People’s Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the investigation subjects.According to the standard statistics,they were divided into two groups by computer random allocation method.The control group was received conventional treatment+nursing,and the observation group was received traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application+gingerseparated moxibustion treatment and symptomatic nursing,with 39 cases in each group.The quality of life,intervention effect,epigastric pain score,pain degree,TCM symptom score and gastric function indexes of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results All aspects of quality of life scores in observation group were significantly higher than control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of clinical intervention in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,there were no significant differences in epigastric pain scores,pain scores,TCM symptom scores and gastric function indexes(gastrin,pepsinogenⅠand pepsinogenⅡ)between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the epigastric pain scores and VAS scores of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,TCM symptom score of observation group was significantly lower than control group,and gastric function indexes(gastrin,pepsinogenⅠand pepsinogenⅡ)were significantly better than control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention effect of traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application+ginger separated moxibustion assisted symptomatic nursing for patients with epigastralgia of spleen and stomach deficiency cold type is good,which is helpful to improve the living standard of patients and relieve their symptoms of stomach pain.This intervention program is worthy of clinical promotion and adoption.
