思维导图联合监督管理模式在消毒供应中心管理中的应用

Application of Mind Map Joint Supervision Management Mode in the Management of Disinfection Supply Center

目的本研究旨在探讨思维导图联合监督管理模式在消毒供应中心管理中的应用效果,目的是提高临床科室无菌物品管理的规范性,保证无菌物品灭菌效果,提升消毒供应中心的护理质量。方法研究对象选择福建中医药大学附属人民医院消毒供应中心的临床护士共计19名。2020年7—12月对消毒供应中心工作人员实施常规管理,并设为对照组;2021年1—6月对所有工作人员实施思维导图联合监督管理模式,设为观察组。观察比较两组管理模式下无菌物品的管理情况(无菌物品标准化程度、无菌物品丢失率)及护理质量的管理情况(安全识别意识、风险防范意识)。结果无菌物品的管理情况中观察组无菌物品标准化程度显著提升,合格率分别为97.7%、99.1%及97.3%,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),观察组无菌物品丢失率更低为0.9%,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);护理质量中工作人员的安全识别意识及风险防范意识显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论思维导图联合监督管理模式在消毒供应中心无菌物品质量控制和管理中发挥了定期对临床科室无菌物品管理进行检查监督的作用,可有效提高临床科室无菌物品的规范化管理,确保无菌物品的安全,提升消毒供应中心的护理质量,值得在临床推广。

Objective The purpose of this study was to explore the effect of the application of the joint supervision and management mode of the thinking map in the nursing management of the sterile supply center,with the aim of improving the standardization of the management of sterile items in clinical departments,ensuring the sterilization effect of sterile items and improving the nursing quality of the sterile supply center.Methods A total of 19 clinical nurses in the sterile supply center of People’s Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected for the study.From July to December 2020,the staff of the disinfection supply center was used routine management and set as the control group.From January to June 2021,all staff members were put into the observation group under the mind-mapping joint supervision and management mode.Observed and compared sterile goods management(sterile goods standardization degree,sterile goods loss rate)and nursing quality management(safety identification awareness,risk prevention awareness)under the two groups of management mode.Results In the management of sterile articles,the standardization of sterile articles in the observation group was significantly improved,and the qualified rates were 97.7%,99.1%and 97.3%,respectively,which had statistical significance compared with the control group(P<0.001).The loss rate of sterile articles in the observation group was lower,which was 0.9%.Compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The awareness of safety identification and risk prevention in nursing quality was significantly higher than that in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion The joint supervision and management model of the thinking map played a role in the quality control and management of sterile items in the sterile supply center by regularly checking and supervising the management of sterile items in clinical departments,which can effectively improve the standardized management of sterile items in clinical departments,ensure the safety of sterile items and improve the quality of care in the sterile supply center,and is worth promoting in the clinic.
