摘要 针对大型桥梁桥塔施工现场环境复杂、多方协同管理指挥困难、自动化水平低等问题,对常泰长江大桥6号墩桥塔传统液压爬模系统进行数字化升级,构建以“工业化、数字化、网络化、智能化”为总体理念的超高桥塔工业化智能建造成套技术,形成大型桥塔模板施工数字化管理系统。该系统通过结合施工管理BIM平台、施工现场设备监测平台对现场施工状态信息进行数据收集,利用移动端自动化预警平台对相关监测信息及时进行现场反馈,以及利用Web端信息化集成平台作为具象化实体对现场施工情况进行全方位管理,综合形成了一套从数据收集到数据处理、数据反馈为一体的数字化施工管理系统。数据集成包括施工外部环境、现场动态、爬模运行参数、喷淋养护等,结合危险预警和三维可视化展示等完成爬模施工的质量安全全过程管控,有效提升了桥塔施工质量控制水平。 The construction of pylons is one of the most challenging stages for a long-span bridge,and the harsh environments,poor multi-party collaborative management and low automatic level would make the situation more complicated.In the construction of the pylon(mounted on pier No.6)of Changtai Changjiang River Bridge,the conventional hydraulic climbing formwork was digitally upgraded to provide a complete set of industrialized and intelligent construction techniques for the ultra-high pylons that embodies the philosophy of"being industrialized,digitalized and intelligent",so that a digitalized management system for the pylon construction is developed.The system consists of a BIM platform for construction management and a monitoring platform for on-site equipment,which can collect real-time data of the construction state.There is a mobile automatic warning platform which can reveal the variation of the monitoring data and a Web information integration platform which can perform comprehensive management of the construction site as well,forming a digitalized construction management system that integrates data collection,processing and feedback.Data integration incorporates the data indicating the construction external environments,real-time construction progress,operation parameters of climbing formwork and spray curing.The safety of whole pylon construction using hydraulic climbing formwork was controlled via risk warning and three-dimensional visualization,efficiently improving the construction quality control level.
