组学技术在妊娠期高血压疾病发病机制及预测研究中的应用进展 被引量:3

Application of omics in the pathogenesis and prediction of hypertensive disorders of pregnancy:a review

摘要 妊娠期高血压疾病(HDP)是妊娠期的严重并发症之一,病因复杂,发病机制尚不完全清楚,且缺乏早期诊断及预测的有效方法。近年来,组学技术的发展为HDP研究带来了新的思路和方法。本文系统回顾了2011—2022年国内外发表的相关研究文献,对基因组学、蛋白质组学、代谢组学、微生物组学技术在HDP发病机制及疾病预测方面的应用作一综述,旨在为HDP的预测、预防及精准治疗提供依据。 Hypertensive disorders of pregnancy(HDP) are a common severe complication during pregnancy, which is characterized by complex etiology, unclear pathogenesis and lack of effective tools for early diagnosis and prediction. Recently, the development of omics technology provides new insights into the research into HDP. Based on national and international publications from 2011 to 2022, this review summarizes the application of genomics, proteomics, metabolomics, and microbiomics in the pathogenesis and prediction of HDP, so as to provide insights into the prediction, prevention and precise treatment of HDP.
