摘要
为提高安全帽的抗冲击性能,将纳米吸能材料安置于安全帽之中,得到一种新型安全帽。通过计算机模拟和落锤冲击试验对比此类安全帽与普通安全帽的抗冲击性能。模拟结果显示,放置纳米吸能材料的安全帽抗冲击性能提高了14.2%。冲击试验表明,放置纳米吸能材料的安全帽应力吸收最大值为27.22%;4层排列的纳米吸能材料应力吸收最大值为37.58%;在50℃高温下,应力吸收变化量为0.87%,说明高温对纳米吸能安全帽的影响较小。
In order to improve the impact resistance of safety helmet, a new kind of safety helmet was obtained by placing nano energy absorbing material in safety helmet.The impact resistance of the safety helmet is compared with that of the common safety helmet by computer simulation and drop hammer impact test.The simulation results show that the impact resistance of the helmet with nano-absorbable materials improves by 14.2%.The impact test results show that the maximum stress absorption of safety helmet with nano-absorbent materials is 27.22%.The maximum value of stress absorption of the four layers is 37.58%.At the high temperature of 50 ℃,the change of stress absorption is 0.87%,indicating that high temperature has almost no influence on the nano energy-absorbing safety helmet.
