摘要 针对缺少对飞行程序水平剖面和垂直剖面综合优化的研究现状,提出了一种基于双层最优控制的飞行程序优化模型。首先,为了响应绿色民航的发展目标,将降噪和减排作为飞行程序优化的多目标,以减少污染物排放为上层问题,以降低噪音影响为下层问题,建立两步优化问题间的联系与限制;然后,通过遗传算法NSGAMO-2进行求解,得到最优帕累托解集;最后,以西部某军民航合用机场的进近程序进行实例验证,对比分析了优化前后的污染排放量和噪音影响范围。结果表明优化后飞行程序能够实现降噪减排的效果,验证了本文模型的可行性。 Aimed at research status about lack of comprehensive optimization research for horizontal and vertical sections of flight program, a flight procedure optimization model based on two-layer optimal control is presented. Firstly, in response to the development goal of green civil aviation, noise reduction and emission reduction are regarded as multiple objectives of flight procedure optimization.Taking pollutant emission reduction as the upper level problem and noise impact reduction as the lower level problem, the relationship and limitation between the two-step optimization problems are established. Then, the genetic algorithm NSGAMO-2 is used to solve the problem, and thus the optimal Pareto solution set is obtained. Finally, the approach procedure of a military and civil aviation joint airport in western China is verified as an instance, and the pollution emission and noise influence range before and after optimization are compared and analyzed. The results show that the optimized flight procedure can achieve the effect of noise reduction and emission reduction. Thus, the feasibility of the model is verified.
