名校集团化办学中的松散成员校何以成“名” 被引量:4

How Could the Loosely Affiliated Member Schools be “Prestigious” in the Elite School Collectivization

摘要 为了克服既有研究偏向对名校教育集团紧密成员校品牌生成的整体性关注,以及由此造成“依附式延伸”状态的片面认知,在“同一性与依附性”平衡视角下,对名校集团化办学中松散成员校的品牌发展图景与内在逻辑的揭示不可或缺。个案研究发现,名校集团化办学的契约关系建立在促使成员校身份得以重构的同时,也为其提供“请进来”“走出去”的双向资源吸纳通道,促进成员校新品牌服务、形象及相应价值的生成。而社会关系的识别与建构,则促进了教学资源共享类型扩展;教师专业学习共同体的构建,以及外部多样性优秀教师资源嵌入,在强化常规化的校际互动活动质量的同时,也丰富和拓展了成员校新品牌服务、形象与关系行动的内涵与品质。两种关系的结构嵌入与互利共生,又加速了松散成员校新品牌要素内容的发展进程。不同于被动同一和依附递进的品牌延伸,松散成员校新品牌生成显示出一种具有主体性的“能动性协同”,即松散成员校品牌对于集团名校品牌一面向心而动,一面保持张力而疏离,以期在集团化办学大势中找寻自己的角色、空间及路径。当然,松散成员校新品牌的最终生成,仍需在集团化办学体制机制改革创新与伙伴合作关系转型中完成。 Much of the previous research on the elite school collectivization has focused on the general brand generation of the closely affiliated member schools,and therefore lead to a partial understanding of “dependent extension”.To overcome the limitations,this paper aims to reveal the brand development prospect and the internal logic of the loosely affiliated member schools in a balanced perspective of “identity and dependence”.The case study shows that,on the one hand,in establishing a contractual relationship between schools,the foundation lies not only in the reconstruction of the member schools’ identities,but also in the provision of a two-way channel of “inviting in” and “going out” for them to absorb resources,generate new brand services,images and corresponding values.On the other hand,the identification and construction of social relations can expand the sharing type of teaching resources,promote the construction of teacher’s professional learning community,and insert diverse good teacher resources from outside.As a result,for the member schools,the connotation and quality of their service,image and activities can be enriched and expanded in the strengthening of the normalized interscholastic interactive activities.The structural embedment and mutualism of the two relationships can further accelerate the development process of the new brand elements of the loosely affiliated schools.Different from the passive identical and dependent progressive brand extension,the generation of new brand of the loosely affiliated member schools shows a kind of “initiative synergy” with subjectivity,namely,to find their own roles,space and path,these member schools approach the brand of elite school collectivization while maintain tension by alienating from it.Indeed,the final generation of the new brand of loosely affiliated member schools needs to be completed on the basis of institutional reform and collaboration between schools.
