课堂跨文化教学对学生跨文化能力培养的效用研究——一项基于国内外26篇定量文献的元分析 被引量:1

摘要 课堂跨文化教学是培养学生跨文化能力的重要手段。研究遴选该领域国内外26项定量研究的成果,运用元分析方法,尝试探讨课堂跨文化教学对学生跨文化能力培养的效用,以及在不同学段和不同文化背景及相应教学手段中的效用差异。研究发现:课堂跨文化教学在整体上可以有效提升学生的跨文化能力;课堂跨文化教学在基础教育学段效用最佳,在高等教育学段稍弱;中国文化背景下的课堂跨文化教学在高等教育学段的效用要明显高于他国文化背景下的教学;跨文化教学策略的整体效用最大,但在基础教育学段,跨文化专题项目的效用最佳。基于研究得出结论,建议根据我国本土跨文化课堂的模式与特征,对不同学段制定差异性跨文化教育策略,有针对性地选择最佳教学干预手段。 Intercultural teaching in classroom is an important tool for developing students’ intercultural competence.This paper selects the findings of 26 domestic and international empirical studies in this field and uses meta-analysis to investigate the effectiveness of classroom intercultural teaching on the development of students’ intercultural competence,as well as the differences in the effectiveness of classroom intercultural teaching at various levels,cultural backgrounds and the corresponding teaching tools.It is found that:classroom intercultural teaching is effective in enhancing students’ intercultural competence in general;the effectiveness of classroom intercultural teaching is best in the basic education section and slightly weaker in the higher education section;In the higher education section,the effectiveness of classroom intercultural training in the Chinese cultural context is much larger than in the other cultural contexts;the overall effectiveness of intercultural teaching strategies as an intervention is the largest,but the effectiveness of intercultural thematic projects is best in the basic education section.Based on the findings,according to the patterns and characteristics of local intercultural classrooms in China,intercultural education strategies should be established,and the best teaching interventions should be selected in a targeted manner for different levels.
