High-tech Industrial Innovation,Trade Openness and High-quality Economic Development

文章选取2010-2020年31个省级行政区面板数据,采用中介效应模型与面板门槛回归模型,实证检验高技术产业创新、贸易开放度与经济高质量发展间的影响关系。研究发现:高技术产业创新对经济高质量发展呈现显著的正向影响;贸易开放度在高技术产业创新与经济高质量发展之间存在部分中介效应,其中进出口开放度存在显著负向部分中介效应,引进外资开放度存在显著正向部分中介效应;贸易开放度对经济高质量发展存在门槛效应,当高技术产业创新水平较高时,进出口开放度和引进外资开放度对经济高质量发展的推动作用将达到最佳状态。据此,文章提出加强高技术产业创新顶层发展规划设计、制定国际贸易竞争力提升长效引导机制、逐步放开进出口与外资引进限制的政策建议,以期加速实现经济高质量发展。

Based on the panel data of 31 provincial administrative regions from 2010 to 2020, this paper empirically tests the impact relationship between high-tech industrial innovation, trade openness and high-quality economic development by using intermediary effect model and panel threshold regression model. It is found that high-tech industrial innovation has a significant positive impact on high-quality economic development;Trade openness has a partial intermediary effect between high-tech industrial innovation and high-quality economic development. Among them, import and export openness has a significant negative partial intermediary effect in the impact of high-tech industrial innovation on high-quality economic development, and the openness of introducing foreign capital has a significant positive partial intermediary effect;Trade openness has a threshold effect on high-quality economic development. When the innovation of high-tech industries is at a high level, the role of import and export openness and the openness of introducing foreign capital in promoting high-quality economic development will reach the best state. Based on this, it is proposed to strengthen the top-level development planning and design of high-tech industry innovation, formulate a long-term guiding mechanism for the improvement of international trade competitiveness, and gradually lift restrictions on import and export and the introduction of foreign investment, so as to accelerate the realization of high-quality economic development.
