The Nonlinear Influence of Financial Resource Allocation on the Revitalization of Rural Industry

金融资源的合理配置是驱动乡村产业振兴、实现农业农村现代化的重要保障。文章以2012-2020年中国31个省份的面板数据为研究对象,基于门限模型与分位数模型,实证检验金融资源配置对乡村产业振兴的非线性影响。研究发现:金融资源配置规模与金融资源配置效率对乡村产业振兴均具有门限效应,且这一结论在经过稳健性检验后仍然成立。进一步利用面板分位数模型检验可知,金融资源配置规模、金融资源配置效率对乡村产业结构、乡村产业技术水平、乡村产业市场化的作用在不同分位点处有所差异。据此,文章提出持续扩大金融资源配置规模、不断提高金融资源配置效率、扎实推进乡村核心产业项目等实践建议。

The rational allocation of financial resources is an important guarantee to drive the revitalization of rural industries and realize the modernization of agriculture and rural areas. Taking the panel data of 31 provinces in China from 2012 to 2020 as the research object, based on the threshold model and quantile model, this paper empirically tests the nonlinear impact of financial resource allocation on the revitalization of rural industries. It is found that both the scale and efficiency of financial resource allocation have a threshold effect on the revitalization of rural industries, and this conclusion is still valid after the robustness test. Further using the panel quantile model, we can see that the effects of financial resource allocation scale and financial resource allocation efficiency on rural industrial structure, rural industrial technology level and rural industrial marketization are different at different quantiles. Therefore, this paper puts forward some practical suggestions, such as continuously expanding the scale of financial resource allocation, continuously improving the efficiency of financial resource allocation, and solidly promoting rural core industry projects.
