摘要
文章选取中国30个省份2011-2020年的面板数据,运用空间计量模型与门槛回归模型实证考察OFDI逆向技术溢出对区域创新绩效的影响机制。结果显示:OFDI逆向技术溢出对区域创新绩效有显著正向推动作用;随着OFDI逆向技术溢出水平提升,该正向推动作用呈现出“边际递增”的非线性变化态势;OFDI逆向技术溢出对区域创新绩效的影响存在正向空间溢出效应;OFDI逆向技术溢出对区域创新绩效的影响存在地区异质性,表现为东部地区>中部地区>西部地区。据此,提出优化对外投资结构、探索跨区域协同创新机制、因地制宜制定差异化OFDI政策,以期驱动区域创新绩效稳步提升。
Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2011 to 2020, the spatial econometric model and threshold regression model are used to empirically investigate the impact mechanism of OFDI reverse technology spillovers on regional innovation performance. The results show that: OFDI reverse technology spillover has a significant positive effect on regional innovation performance.As the level of OFDI reverse technology spillover increases, the positive driving effect presents a nonlinear change trend of "marginal increase". OFDI reverse technology spillover has a positive effect on regional innovation performance. The impact of OFDI reverse technology spillovers on regional innovation performance has a positive spatial spillover effect. The impact of OFDI reverse technology spillovers on regional innovation performance has regional heterogeneity, which is eastern region>central region>western region. Based on this, it is proposed to optimize the foreign investment structure, explore the cross-regional collaborative innovation mechanism, and formulate differentiated OFDI policies according to local conditions, so as to drive the steady improvement of regional innovation performance.
