青年创业者创业韧性的成长机制——基于扎根理论的探索性分析

Growth Mechanism of Entrepreneurial Resilience of Young Entrepreneurs:An Exploratory Analysis Based on Grounded Theory

创业韧性可以有效助力创业者应对创业逆境的挑战。通过深度访谈26名创业时长1~11年的大学毕业生创业者,并运用扎根理论分析访谈资料,探索青年创业者创业韧性的成长机制,构建青年创业者创业韧性的成长机制理论模型。研究得出,青年创业者创业韧性的成长是一个曲线上升的动态过程,从创业初期到创业成熟期大致经历“逆境积极认知—自我调适—压力管理”的成长历程。创业韧性受挑战性因素与保护性因素共同作用,挑战性因素作为创业韧性的触发条件,激发创业韧性的成长,而保护性因素作为创业韧性的驱动条件,是创业韧性持续成长的长效来源。创业负性情绪是创业者面临内外部挑战的心理应激反应,调节着挑战性因素对创业韧性的成长进度。

It has been testified that entrepreneurial resilience can effectively help entrepreneurs cope with challenges such as entrepreneurial adversity. Through in-depth interviews with 26 college graduate entrepreneurs who have been in business for 1-11 years, and using Grounded Theory to analyze the interview data, the growth mechanism of entrepreneurial resilience of young entrepreneurs is studied, and the growth mechanism theoretical model of entrepreneurial resilience of young entrepreneurs is proposed. The study concludes that the growth of entrepreneurial resilience of young entrepreneurs is a dynamic process with an upward curve. From the initial stage to the mature stage of entrepreneurship,they roughly experience the process of " positive recognition of adversity-self-adjustment-stress management". Entrepreneurial resilience is affected by both challenging factors and protective factors. The challenging factors are the triggers of entrepreneurial resilience and stimulate the growth of entrepreneurial resilience, while the protective factors are the supporting factors for entrepreneurial resilience and are the long-term source of the sustainable growth of entrepreneurial resilience. The negative emotion of entrepreneurship is the psychological stress response of entrepreneurs facing internal and external challenges which modulates the growth progress of challenging factors on entrepreneurial resilience.
