摘要 依托宁海抽水蓄能电站工程建设实践,围绕混凝土数字化拌和、智能化管控技术,提出了基于砂骨料含水率实时在线监测的混凝土生产智能管控方法。通过分析混凝土原材料关键参数及试验检测数据,结合混凝土配制理论,建立了混凝土智能拌和的预警和反馈调节机制,研发了相应的智能在线管控系统。该系统可实现混凝土拌和过程中各种信息数据的实时采集,通过大数据云平台的数据分析与实时监控,对混凝土拌和过程中的异常配合比进行预警预报,确保每一方混凝土均满足大坝安全设计需求,解决对混凝土问题干预的准确性和及时性的问题,为保证混凝土生产质量提供高效可靠的技术支撑。 Based on the construction practice of Ninghai Pumped-storage Power Station,the intelligent control method of concrete production based on the real-time online monitoring of the moisture content of sand aggregate is put forward around the technologies of concrete digital mixing and intelligent control.By analyzing the key parameters of concrete raw materials and the test data,combined with concrete preparation theory,the early warning and feedback regulation mechanism of intelligent mixing of concrete is established,and corresponding intelligent on-line control system is developed.The control system can realize the real-time acquisition of various information data in the process of concrete mixing.Through data analysis and real-time monitoring of the big data cloud platform,the abnormal mix proportion in the process of concrete mixing is warned and predicted to ensure that all of the concrete meets the needs of dam safety design,solve the accuracy and timeliness of concrete problem intervention,and provide efficient and reliable technical support for ensuring the quality of concrete.
