高职劳动教育实施路径设计

Implementation Path Design of Labor Education in Higher Vocational Colleges

摘要 针对当前高职教育中存在的弱化、虚化劳动教育的现象,文章从劳动的价值切入,分析了高职劳动教育的应有特点,提出了应达到的效果。在此基础上,主张将价值引领与服务学生成长相融合,结合专业教学,知行合一,设计了“四岗一课”为载体的劳动教育实施路径,并提出了与之配套的劳动教育评价建议。 In view of the current phenomenon of weakening and avianizing labor education in higher vocational education,this paper analyzes the due characteristics of higher vocational labor education from the point of labor value,and puts forward the effect that should be achieved.On this basis,it advocates the integration of value guidance and service for students’growth,combining with professional teaching and integration of knowledge and practice,designs the implementation path of labor education with"four positions and one lesson"as the carrier,and puts forward the corresponding labor education evaluation suggestions.
