摘要
高校学生心理支持系统的医校合作基于法律、政策、现实困境、合作意义四个背景,其目标是帮助高校学生健康成长。通过医校之间互建基地、交互工作和互助成长的三互合作模式,采用合作双方自评、学生成长评价、社会评价等方式对医校合作的效果进行评价,从而达成心理支持、心理拓展、合作双方人员专业能力提升的价值。
College students’psychological support system among hospitals and colleges is based on four backgrounds:the law,policies,realistic difficulties and cooperation meanings.The aim is to help students in healthy growth.The three modes of mutual cooperation among hospitals and schools are base building,mutual work and mutual growth,mainly including self-evaluation by both sides,student growth evaluation and social evaluation to evaluate results of hospital college cooperation.Expected values are the psychological support,psychological development and professional ability improvement of both sides.
