新商科背景下地方新建本科高校经管专业人才培养模式探究——以泰州学院为例

摘要 当今世界正经历百年未有之大变局,人类正经历从工业经济向数字经济的跨越,新经济对新商科人才培养提出了新要求。通过将新教育理念融入经管专业人才培养的全过程,构建“五对接”“四建构”“三机制”的人才培养模式,实现新商科背景下经管专业人才培养目标。 Today the world is undergoing profound changes unseen in a century,and humankind is undergoing a leap from industrial economy to digital economy.The new economy puts forward new requirements for the training of new business talents.By integrating new educational concepts into the whole process of talent training for economic and management majors,a talent training mode of"five docking","four construction"and"three mechanisms"is constructed to achieve the goal of talent training for economic and management majors under the new business background.
