65岁以上患者同期行心脏瓣膜手术和冠状动脉旁路移植术的临床疗效分析

Clinical Efficacy Analysis of Simultaneous Cardiac Valvular Surgery and Coronary Artery Bypass Surgery in Patients over 65 Years Old

目的分析65岁以上患者同期行心脏瓣膜手术和冠状动脉旁路移植术的临床疗效。方法选取自2019年01月至2020年12月的65岁以上心脏瓣膜病合并冠心病患者25例,同期行心脏瓣膜手术和冠状动脉旁路移植术,回顾性分析临床疗效。结果25例患者经手术后取得良好的临床疗效,心功能明显改善。结论针对65岁以上心脏瓣膜病合并冠心病患者同期行心脏瓣膜手术和冠状动脉旁路移植术的临床疗效良好,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of simultaneous cardiac valvular surgery and coronary artery bypass surgery.Methods 25 patients over 65 years old with valvular heart disease and coronary heart disease from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected.Simultaneous cardiac valvular surgery and coronary artery bypass surgery were performed,and the clinical efficacy was analyzed retrospectively.Results After operation,the clinical curative effect of 25 patients was good and cardiac function was significantly improved.Conclusion Simultaneous cardiac valvular surgery and coronary artery bypass surgery in patients over 65 years old with valvular heart disease and coronary heart disease is effective,which is worth popularizing and applying on clinic.
