益气活血利水方治疗慢性心力衰竭气虚血瘀水停证患者的疗效观察

The Curative Effect of Invigorating Qi and Promoting blood Circulation in Patients with Chronic Heart Failure,Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis

目的探究慢性心力衰竭气虚血瘀水停证病患开展益气活血利水方治疗的作用。方法选择2019年1月~2020年12月我科收治的慢性心力衰竭气虚血瘀水停证病患60例,以摸红蓝球方式分为常规组(30例)和试验组(30例),将西医常规治疗应用于常规组病患中,将西医常规治疗以及益气活血利水方应用于试验组病患中。对每组病患各时期左心室射血分数、中医证候积分、6分钟步行距离以及N末端B型利钠肽原水平进行比较。结果治疗前各组指标无差异(P>0.05),治疗后各组指标均较治疗前改善,但试验组左心室射血分数、6分钟步行距离更高出常规组,N末端B型利钠肽原、中医症候积分低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论慢性心力衰竭气虚血瘀水停证病患开展益气活血利水方治疗,能够改善临床症状,提高心脏功能,降低N末端B型利钠肽原水平。

Objective To explore the effect of invigorating qi and promoting blood circulation in patients with chronic heart failure,qi deficiency and blood stasis.Methods 60 patients with chronic heart failure(water withdrawal syndrome with qi deficiency and blood stasis)admitted to our department from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected.They were divided into conventional group(30 cases)and experimental group(30 cases)by touching blue ball and red ball,and the conventional western medicine treatment was applied to the patients in the conventional group,and nourishing qi and blood circulation were applied to the patients in the trial group.Left ventricular ejection fraction,TCM syndrome integral,6-minute walking distance,and N-terminal type B natriuretic peptide progeny levels were compared in each group of patients.Results There was no difference in the indexes of each group before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the indexes of each group were improved compared with those before treatment.However,the left ventricular ejection fraction and 6-minute walking distance of the trial group were higher than those of the conventional group,and the N-terminal B-type natriuretic peptide and TCM syndrome score were lower than those of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of patients with chronic heart failure of water withdrawal syndrome with qi deficiency and blood stasis with promoting blood circulation and benefiting water prescription can improve clinical symptoms,improve cardiac function,reduce the level of N-terminal B-type natriuretic peptide.
