基于Moldex 3D仿真分析的条状导轨变形优化与改善

摘要 采用Moldex 3D仿真分析软件对某移动空调的条状导轨进行模流仿真分析,还原了试模时塑件的翘曲变形趋势与变形量情况,在对塑件的收缩、热量等参数进行理论分析的基础上,结合塑件、模具、工艺、材料等能够改善的方向,探究了其变形的原因、机理及改善方案。随后对提出的多种优化方案进行仿真分析,对比各方案差异后确定了塑件的最终成型方案,并在实际试模中达到了预期的效果,获得了合格的塑件。 Moldex 3D simulation analysis software was used to conduct mould flow simulation analysis on the strip guide rail of a mobile air conditioner, and the warping deformation trend and deformation value of the plastic parts during debugging were restored. On the basis of the theoretical analysis of the shrinkage, heat and other result parameters of plastic parts, combined with the current direction of plastic parts, mould, processes, materials and so on could be improved, the cause of deformation, mechanism and improvement scheme were explored. The proposed optimization schemes were simulated and analyzed, the final modification scheme of the plastic parts was determined after comparing the differences of the schemes, and the expected effect was achieved in the actual debugging, the qualified plastic parts were obtained.
