摘要
模具零件研合是模具基础调试的主要工作,其工作量约占模具基础调试工作的70%,工作量大,周期长,制约了项目的推进,增加了成本,通过研究影响模具研合率的不同因素,找到根本原因进行改进,实现了模具研合效率的提升。
The die part lapping is the main work of die foundation debugging, its workload for about 70% of the die foundation debugging work. the workload was large, the cycle was long,which restricted the project node and increased the cost. Through the study of different factors affecting the die lapping-inrate, the root cause was found to improve, the die which was improved.
