摘要
结合某磁感器粉末冶金成型工艺,设计了1副两板注射模用于烧结前中间体的成型,与磁粉接触的成型零件及推出零件材料都选用304不锈钢,模具中设置有电磁线圈组件和斜导柱滑块侧抽芯组件。试模获得的最佳成型工艺参数为注射温度266℃,注射压力5.8 MPa,保压压力4.88 MPa,保压时间5.6 s,模具温度80℃,成型的磁体在充磁磁场的作用下充磁2次即可到达磁体性能设计目标。
According to the moulding process of powder metallurgy of a magnetic sensor, a twoplate injection mould was designed for the moulding of intermediate before sintering. The 304stainless steel was selected for the moulding parts and the ejection parts in contact with magnetic powder, and the electromagnetic coil assembly and the side core-pulling assembly of the inclined guide pillar and slider were arranged in the mould. The optimal moulding process parameters obtained from the tryout were injection temperature 266 ℃, injection pressure 5.8 MPa, dwell pressure 4.88 MPa, dwell time 5.6 s and mould temperature 80 ℃. The moulding magnet could reach the design goal of the magnet performance after being magnetized twice under the action of the magnetizing magnetic field.
