变电站架构吊具的研制

摘要 为了解决现有技术中吊装方法和设备存在的各种安全隐患问题,研制了由底座装置、收卷装置、转动装置、支撑装置、吊臂装置和吊绳装置六部分组成的变电站架构吊具。阐述了该架构吊具的设计和制作过程,该吊具将具有操作手柄和刹车系统的卧式电动葫芦安装在吊装装置的底座,作为动力装置,以增加装置的稳定性,同时采用压力轴承作为转动装置,实现吊装物体在架构上的水平移位;利用电动葫芦通过支撑装置和吊臂装置实现对吊绳装置的收放,从而完成对电气设备的升降。实际应用表明,该吊具实现了以电动吊装方式代替人力吊装方式,节省了大量的人力,降低作业人员劳动强度,提高了工作安全性。 The existing hoisting methods and equipments have various safety issues, so the paper invents a substation architecture hanger which is composed of the base, power device, rotator, supportor, hanger arm, and hoist cable, and its design and manufacture process is explained. A horizontal electric hoist with operating handles and brake system is installed on the base as a power device to keep the hanger stable. Meanwhile, the pressure bearing is used as a rotator to realize the horizontal moving of objects on the architecture. With the help of the supportor and hanger arm, an electric hoist is used to realize the lifting and dropping of the hoist cable, completing the move of electrical equipments. According to the practical application, the hanger can replace the manual hoisting with the dynamoelectric hoisting. It saves much more manpower, reduces working intensity of operators and improves working safety.
