小学教师学科素养发展与课程建设的困境与理路

摘要 学科素养是小学教师作为专业人员的立足之本,小学教师无论是接受全科培养还是分科培养都应具备扎实的学科素养。小学教育专业课程设置中学科专业课程与教育课程不是相互挤压的关系,也不是简单相加的关系,而是一种相互融合的关系;理论教学与实践教学之间不是互相侵占的对立关系,而是一种互相融合、相辅相成的关系。在课堂教学重视知识回归,追求“深度”(深度学习、深度教学)的背景下,文章探讨小学教师学科素养培育与课程建设中遇到的问题、解决措施和实施成效,以期助力新时期小学教师培养与培训。 Discipline competency is the basic quality that primary school teachers out to possess as professionals.Primary school teachers should have solid discipline competency whether they accept general training or branch training.In the curriculum setup of Primary School Education the subject specialty curriculum and education curriculum are not mutually squeezed or simply added,but are mutually integrated;the relationship between theoretical teaching and practical teaching is not an antagonistic one that encroaches on each other,but a mutually integrated and complementary one.Under the background that classroom teaching attaches importance to knowledge return and pursues“depth”(deep learning and deep teaching),the paper discusses the problems,solutions and implementation effects in the cultivation of primary school teachers’discipline competency and curriculum construction,with a view to helping the cultivation and training of primary school teachers in the new era.
