居住安排与老年人幸福感--基于山东省JM区和LX市的实证分析

Living Arrangement and Subjective Well-being of the Elderly:An Empirical Analysis Based on JM District and LX City in Shandong Province

居住安排关系老年人获得家庭支持的方式,是保障我国老年人幸福感的关键因素。依托山东省JM区和LX市的调查数据,实证分析居住安排对老年人幸福感的影响及影响机制。研究结果显示,居住安排显著影响老年人幸福感,与子女均在外地相比,不与子女同住但有子女在本地和与子女同住的老年人幸福感较高;情感交流在居住安排与老年人幸福感间发挥中介作用,个体体验、社会体验在情感交流与老年人幸福感间起中介作用。由此,要从完善居住保障政策、调整工作家庭平衡政策和营造孝老敬老氛围等方面优化家庭养老政策,为提升老年人幸福感提供有力支持。

Living arrangement between parents and children is crucial to family support to the elderly,and therefore is a key factor to ensure their subjective well-being in old age.This paper,based on the survey data of JM District and LX City in Shandong Province,empirically analyzes the impact of living arrangement on people’s subjective well-being in old age and its mechanism.The results show that living arrangement significantly influences the subjective well-being of the elderly,and compared with those whose children all live in other cities,the level of subjective well-being of the elderly who do not live with their children but have at least one child living locally and those who live with their children is significantly higher.Emotional communication plays a mediating role between living arrangement and subjective well-being of the elderly,and individual experience and social experience play a mediating role between emotional communication and subjective well-being of the elderly.Therefore,family support needs to be optimized from the aspects of housing security policy,work-family balance policy and carrying forward excellent traditional filial piety culture,so as to effectively improve the subjective well-being of the elderly.
